Today’s organizations, leaders, and teams are constantly faced with uncertainty, new information, and changing circumstances. Our Adept at Adapting program helps create and foster a culture that is ready to navigate and face change as well as accelerate innovation and optimize problem-solving.

Our work in strengthening individual and organizational adaptability is centered on the AQai Adaptability Assessment which measures adaptability across three core dimensions:

  • Ability (adaptability skills),

  • Character (how adaptability is enacted)

  • Environment (how the surrounding environment supports or deters adaptability).

The Process

Edmonton Employee Engagement Workshops
  • We will begin by conducting an individual, team or organizational adaptability assessment. This involves gathering data, interviewing key stakeholders, and possibly utilizing assessment tools or frameworks to identify strengths and areas for improvement

  • Based on the assessment findings, we will identify and prioritize key mechanisms that will have the most significant impact on enhancing adaptability at the individual, team, and organizational levels. These mechanisms could include changes to processes, communication strategies, leadership styles, or organizational structures.

  • We will then develop and deliver tailored interventions such as workshops, team coaching sessions, and one-on-one support to activate these critical mechanisms. Workshops may focus on building specific skills or mindsets, while coaching and support provide individuals and teams with personalized guidance and accountability to drive lasting change. This step involves close collaboration with organizational leaders and stakeholders to ensure buy-in and sustained momentum.
